What we eat matters, but the products we use in our home and what we put on our body are also key to reducing the amount toxins entering our bodies through the air and on our skin.

Reducing our toxic burden can be confusing, expensive and time consuming. Safer products can be more expensive and green washing is rampant in the personal care and home products industry.  When in doubt always check the Environmental Working Group's databases for safety ratings on items ranging from skincare to cleaning products.

The following curated products are all items that I use in my home, on my body and with my family and are what I consider to be tried and true.  They all meet my standards for quality, sustainability and integrity of ingredients.  Still, I am not perfect and the products I recommend may not be perfect either.  I try to use the safest products possible for me and my family, that are good for the planet and perform well. I welcome you to try out my favorites, but we are all different and you may find other products that are better suited for you.  I am happy to help you navigate finding products that will work best for you and please let me know of any amazing products you find along the way!
