Hi. I’m Stephanie.

I help people figure out the nutritional, environmental, and emotional root causes of their symptoms and support them on the path to healing.

As a stressed-out, busy professional and working mom for many years, I developed all kinds of health problems, including multiple food sensitivities, brain fog, digestive issues, and I was always exhausted. I eventually left my corporate career and began studying functional nutrition to learn more holistic ways to help myself and others as I started my healing journey. Along the way, I discovered digestive dysfunction, mold toxicity, and stress to be some of the root causes of my symptoms. I believe that being on a challenging healing journey over the last 15 years has helped me to be a more compassionate and qualified practitioner to others.

I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in root-cause health and healing, a Restorative Health Practitioner level 3, and have additional training in functional blood chemistry, pre-conception and fertility nutrition with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. I love working with women to optimize their health before conceiving, postpartum, and throughout their perimenopause and menopause journeys. I’m certified in The Emotion Code and the Morphogenic Field Technique, a form of muscle testing so that I can further help my clients determine why they are struggling with their health and release emotional blocks and trapped emotions that are contributing to dysfunction in the body, and find the supports and supplements they need to heal.

I live in Portland, OR, with my partner, teen daughter, and adopted terrier. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family and friends, studying German, and sprinting at my local high school track.
