Hi. I’m Stephanie.

I help busy, stressed-out people figure out their health concerns and help them on the path to healing once and for all.

As a stressed-out, busy professional and working mom for many years, I developed all kinds of health problems including multiple food sensitivities, brain fog, digestive issues, and I was always exhausted. I eventually left my corporate career and began studying functional nutrition to learn more holistic ways to help myself and others as I began my own healing journey. Along the way, I discovered parasites, mold toxicity, and heavy metals to be some of the root causes of my symptoms. My doctors had never discussed these as possibilities for me. I believe that being on a challenging healing journey myself over the last 15 years helps me to be a more compassionate and qualified practitioner to others.

I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in root-cause health and healing, a Restorative Wellness Practitioner level 1, have training in functional blood chemistry, and I’ve also trained in pre-conception and fertility nutrition with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute and love working with women to optimize their health before conceiving. I’m certified in The Emotion Code and the Morphogenic Field Technique, a form of muscle testing used to determine one’s exact needs so that I can further help my clients figure out the root of their health concerns and release emotional blocks that are impeding their health.

I live in Portland, OR with my partner, tween daughter, and adopted terrier. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family and friends, studying German, and sprinting at my local high school track. I look forward to meeting you!

Note: I take a weight-neutral approach in my practice. Food and nutrition can be powerful healing strategies but are also a challenge for many people in the form of deep-rooted life experiences, emotions, opinions, and beliefs. I am a proponent of balanced eating, and physical activity that makes you feel good, and I respect all body shapes and sizes.
