Elderberry Gummies

They are super easy to make especially if you use store-bought syrup! The tart cherry juice is a great anti-inflammatory and is also helpful for inducing sleep. Elderberries are powerful antioxidants, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and packed with vitamin C. They are known to help prevent cold and flu and also help you to recover from them. Gelatin is super nourishing for your gut as an added bonus. My whole family loves these.
